A selection of edible and poisonous white-flowering plants from eastern North America lists the various common names for over one hundred plants found growing wild in eastern North America, some of which are safe for human consumption (listed in white), some which are partially poisonous (listed in gray), and some which are unsafe (listed in black). Among the partially poisonous plants are some surprising kitchen favourites, such as apples and cherries.
